Terms and Conditions
Upon accepting any items on our quote, a non refundable 50% deposit is required.
Payments can be made by Cash, Direct Deposit or Cheque (cheques made payable to Over the Rainbow Invites)
The taking of a deposit on any order constitutes an authority to proceed. Materials will be ordered and therefore, a NO CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that no mistakes occur in your order, Over the Rainbow Invites cannot accept any responsibility should information submitted to us be incorrect.
All designs and ideas remain the property of Over the Rainbow Invites and may not be used unless commissioned to Over the Rainbow Invites
The purchasing of any of our designs does not constitute the right to replicate our designs and any attempt to do so may attract legal ramifications.
Over the Rainbow Invites will not be held responsible for wordings & proof errors once submitted and printed if they were from the information that was electronically sent by you. In the case that an error has occurred once your invitations have been printed, and additional fee per invitation will be charged for printing and re ordering of new stock.
A $25.00 surcharge fee will be charged upon ordering any additional invitation, once stock has been ordered and confirmed, and production commenced.
Production will take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks of receiving payment & Proofs have been finalised.
Once products are made, change of mind or changes to wording are at an additional cost. Faulty goods will be replaced or a refund paid equivalent to 50% of total order. Claims are to be made within seven (7) days of receiving orders.
As each design is handcrafted slight variations in papers, ribbons, feathers are unavoidable.
Each invitation is inclusive of guests names individually printed on invitations, matching envelope & guest names and addresses labeled on envelopes.
Quotes are valid for 60 days or from when a deposit is paid.
Cancellations - Orders cannot be cancelled after completion of your personalised stationery.
Payment of deposit is confirmation of the understanding of these terms and conditions and is non refundable.
