Placing your order
We recommend ordering your invitations and accessories at least 4 months before your wedding. Invitations are generally sent out 6-8 weeks before the wedding, even earlier if it is an interstate or overseas wedding.
What happens next?
We issue every client with a timeline clearly indicating when we require information, guest names etc. We then prepare a .pdf proof of your invitation for you to approve before going to print. Changes are made as requested and only when the go ahead is given by the client will we commence work.
Guest lists are to be submitted to Over the Rainbow Invites in a form of an excel speadsheet with guest details and addresses. An electronic excel spreadsheet can be sent to you to fill in your details. Once all details are filled out, please send back to Nadia at Over the Rainbow Invites at overtherainbowinvites@yahoo.com.au Please ensure that all details are correct, as we do not make any alternations or corrections to your guest list.
